About the Case Competition
The L'Oreal Brandstorm was a case competition that asked teams to disrupt the men's grooming with a tech innovation. We were asked to create a complete consumer experience that would enable L'Oreal Men Expert to recruit millenials through a new product/breakthrough service that leveraged digital solutions and connected technologies. Our team was selected from 95,000 students to be a USA National Finalist. We presented to a panel of judges that comprised of the President of L'Oreal Paris, VP L'Oreal Paris Marketing, SVP of Talent Acquisition and Chief Talent officer of L'Oreal Americas.The Opportunity Statement
Based on our market research, 58% of male millenial men use skin care products and we wanted to increase L'Oreal's revenue by doing tapping into this market and accomplishing two things: 1. Increasing the frequency of purchases and 2.Increase the number of skincare products per purchaseOur Solution
